For those of you who know me, you know I LOVE weddings. I still look at wedding blogs and wedding videos on a regular basis. Because of this, I get extra excited every time we receive a Save the Date card in the mail. So far this year, we have 3 weddings between February and March!

Now being in my third trimester, finding the perfect dress to wear is a bit challenging. The twins seem to grow at an exponential rate which makes it difficult to judge how large my bump will be and what dresses will still look flattering. A few weekends ago, one of my friends from work got married in Austin. It was an absolutely gorgeous wedding at Ma Maison, an elegant, European venue complete with wooden beams, chandeliers and views of the hill country. Because of this, I wanted to find a classic dress for the evening.

After a bit of searching for the perfect maternity dress, I came across the most adorable Black Fitted Cap Sleeve dress. It is your classic little black dress in the front, but the gold zipper that runs up the back is what truly makes it special. I love that this dress can easily transition from the second to third trimester because it looks cute both loose and once it fits a little more snug on the bump.

Dress: PinkBlush | Heels: Old Anne Klein, Similar, Similar | Bracelet: Kendra Scott | Earrings: Old, Similar

I chose to pair the dress with a fun pair of leopard pumps for the wedding, but I also have paired it with a gray cardigan and black flats for a classic look at work. If you are looking for a versatile LBD, this maternity dress is a great buy.
